Laboratories
The processes in our production plants are monitored by specialised laboratories. Our Quality Control laboratory is open 7 days a week and monitors the production processes and communicates the results to the production departments to ensure the consistent quality of our products.
Our laboratories are equipped with specialised devices, i.e. gas and liquid chromatographs, spectrophotometers, viscosity meters, densitometers, titrators or weighing-dryers, which allows us to obtain accurate results of key parameters in the production process. We systematically carry out validation of the equipment, which gives us confidence that the results obtained are reliable.
The main activities of our laboratories are:
- Control of raw material received for production;
- Control of the maize milling process;
- Control of yeast propagation and fermentation processes;
- Control of the distillation, rectification and dehydration process;
- Control of the finished product;
- Process water control and environmental testing.
