Laboratories
Specialized laboratories oversee the processes in our production facilities. Our Quality Control Laboratory operates seven days a week, allowing us to continuously monitor the production processes and provide results to the production departments to ensure the stable quality of our products.
Our laboratories are equipped with specialized devices such as gas and liquid chromatographs, spectrophotometers, viscometers, densitometers, titrators, and moisture analyzers, enabling us to obtain accurate results for key parameters in the production process. We systematically conduct device validation, ensuring that the results we obtain are reliable.
The main areas of activity of our laboratories are:
- Control of the raw materials accepted for production
- Control of the corn milling process
- Control of yeast propagation and fermentation processes
- Control of the distillation, rectification, and dehydration processes
- Control of the finished product
- Control of process waters and environmental testing
