The sale of ethanol is carried out under all possible customs and tax procedures under the supervision of the relevant Customs and Revenue Office. Our Company has two tax warehouses, where we have the ability to contaminate ethanol in order to obtain an exemption from excise tax due to the purpose of the product. Our infrastructure allows for both partial denaturation with any chemical substances permitted by law, as well as complete denaturation in accordance with EU directives. We ensure delivery in accordance with the Law on Road Transport Monitoring, the so-called SENT, along with a protocol for the contamination of ethanol.
